Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because perfume is a personal-care product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for bottles that have been opened, sprayed or used.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us at amibackup53@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 88229 88822 within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will ask for your bank details to send the refund.
